After some trial and error it seemed that the two were permanently fused into one. With both their minds kept intact inside this vessel.
Their appearance looked like mixture of both species with both masculine features of the Gorn mixed with feminine attributes of the Orion.
Seeing how hard that Starfleet officers worked to help them. S'reess volunteered to join Starfleet in honour of those officers that helped them in their time of need.
Jazal was ruthless accountant that be as focused on money and bottom dollar as an Ferengi if not more.

Ardvun (Played by Beardedninja)
Ensign ArdvunRank: Ensign
Species: Pakled male
Position: Science officer
Ardvun was raised on the planet of P'jem by a new generation of Vulcan. Ardvun spent most of his life in the monastery until he found a unique element native to the planet which got him a research program then an admission to Starfleet. The monks also aided Ardvun in training his mind especially with the use of his telekinetic abilities.

Ch'chik (Played by Patrick)
Physicians assistant Ch'chikRank: Physicians assistant
Species: Xindi
Position: Medical officer
Specialist Ch’chik is a cowardly, Insectoid-Xindi, Physicians assistant he trained a lot on the phaser range so that he is not completely defenseless when running is not an option. He gets Brave when it is time to save lives though.
His chosen Specialty is Emergency treatments and assisting with that. He was trained by two of Starfleets finest in the field doctors. His former Department head Dr. Kar’tak and his second Dr. Alala on the USS Luna and after that the USS Vesta.
He generally enjoys the studies of languages and cultures in his off time, specifically the ferengi’s art of commerce, and he keeps a digital copy of the Rules of Acquisition in his locker. After recent encounters with genetic mutations and the like he also got into his former passion during his academy courses, Genetics.
The alteration and development of gene sequences has something fascinating and magical to him. Maybe one day he might be able to enhance the lifespan of the Insectoid Xindi subspecies from 9 to at least 12 years, if the stance on that in Federation Law changes. That way he can explore more of the galaxy and bring that knowledge to the already large archives of the Federation.
Appearance wise he basically looks like a Bipedal four armed Ant with slightly smaller mandibles but longer antenna then his specific hatchery mates and his exoskeleton has a shimmering iridescence to it when viewed from the right angle, though it is normally a dark shade of green and black.
His compound eyes have a dark red shade which some people who don’t know about that feature of Insect Xindi find unsettling or even threatening.
Sometimes when he gets upset or angry/scared a faint clicking sound can be heard coming from his mandibles and his exoskeleton. Both can make those sounds at will though, as a form of communication.
